The World Wide Fund for Nature defines biodiversity as "the richness of life on this planet, including millions of species of plants, animals, microorganisms, the genes they carry, and the ecosystems they create." Jane Goodall likened ecosystems to a web of life, stating that the disappearance of a single species causes the planet's safety net to collapse. We expressed biodiversity, one of the major environmental issues of the future, through six keywords: provision, abundance, protection, solution, circulation, and crisis.

생물다양성

세계자연보호재단은 생물다양성을 ‘수백만여 종의 동식물, 미생물, 그들이 가진 유전자, 그리고 그들의 환경을 만드는 생태계 등을 모두 포함하는 이 지구상에 살아 있는 모든 생명의 풍요로움’으로 정의했습니다. 제인 구달은 생태계를 하나의 생명의 그물망에 비유하며 하나의 종이 사라질 때마다 지구의 안전망이 무너진다고 말합니다. 미래의 주요한 환경 문제 중 하나인 생물다양성을 6가지 키워드- 제공, 풍요, 보호, 해결, 순환, 위기로 표현했습니다.
